Who we are
MEGA GEO BUILD LLC (identification code 400000000) runs this site and decides how the data you send us is used. Address: Alexander Chavchavadze St, Zugdidi, Georgia. Contact: info@megageobuild.com, +995 322 00 00 00.
What we collect and why
When you send a request we receive your name, phone number, the way you prefer to be contacted, your comment if you write one, the products and quantities in your list, the delivery point you chose and the page you sent it from. We use them only to answer you and prepare an offer: you ask us to, and you agree to it when you send the request.
What stays in your browser
Your quote list, the delivery point you chose, the regions you asked delivery for today and a few display settings (animation quality, motion tilt, a language offer you closed) are kept in your browser’s storage. They leave your device only as part of a request you send. One cookie, mgb-locale, remembers the language you chose, for a year, and nothing else. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
A request keeps your name, phone, comment and our notes for 24 months. After that they are erased automatically; what was asked, where to and when remain as anonymous figures. You can ask us to erase them earlier.
Who handles it
Our sales team. A new request reaches them by e-mail, and the site runs on Cloudflare; the request form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical signals of your browser, not at what you type, to tell people from bots. These providers process the data for us under their own data protection terms and may do so outside Georgia. A vote for delivery to your region is stored only as a count for the region and the day.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and withdraw your consent at any time: write to info@megageobuild.com. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. This policy follows the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection (2023).
